Workplace Investigations

Ursel Phillips Fellows Hopkinson LLP’s services include conducting workplace investigations in non-unionized workplaces.

Our work defending employees against allegations of inappropriate workplace conduct and pursuing remedies for individuals who have experienced bullying, harassment and/or discrimination provides us with the skillset and expertise necessary for neutral and effective workplace investigations.

We conduct investigations into a variety of allegations of workplace conduct, including:

  • Human Rights Code based discrimination
  • Bullying and harassment
  • Inappropriate conduct/behaviour

Our investigation services include fact finding, reporting on the outcome of an investigation, and recommendations about the application of legislation such as theHuman Rights Code and/or the Occupational Health and Safety Act to the facts giving rise to the investigation.  Our services and fee arrangements are tailored to our clients’ needs and objectives.
